Lead Generation Manager (IT / B2B)

We’re looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Manager to own our outbound pipeline and help scale new business opportunities in the IT space.
 

What you’ll do

  • Run outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, email, and tender platforms.
  • Research, build, enrich, and validate lead lists.
  • Write personalized outreach messages and follow-ups.
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Optimize lead gen funnels, automation, and conversion rates.
  • Track KPIs and keep CRM data accurate (Pipedrive).
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on ICP and outreach strategy.
     

What we’re looking for

  • 1+ year in IT lead generation / outbound sales.
  • Intermediate+ English.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn/Upwork/Crunchbase lead generation.
  • Experience with lead scraping, enrichment, and email validation.
  • Understanding of lead qualification and reply management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT/web development concepts.
  • KPI-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Bonus: Experience with RFPs, tenders, or market research.
