Recruiter (USA Logistics) to $2500
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle driver recruitment in the USA
- Maintaining and updating candidate data in the CRM/ATS
- Preparing job postings and managing communication with candidates
- Supporting pre-onboarding
- Tracking hiring progress and reporting recruitment results
- Assisting the HR department with daily operational tasks
- Communication with drivers regarding basic questions and documentation updates
- Creating and implementing new, alternative approaches to driver recruitment
What we’re looking for
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar role
- Practical experience with candidate screening and interview coordination
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
- English level C1
- Confident use of Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
Working Conditions
- Schedule: Day shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (aligned with U.S. market hours)
- Office: Autonomous office with heat, water, and electricity available 24/7 near Vasylkivska metro station, Kyiv
- 15 paid vacation days + all U.S. public holidays

- Compensation: Fixed salary of $1000 + bonus
