Senior Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager. We need someone who can go beyond simple task tracking. We are looking for a professional who takes full ownership of the strategic roadmap, manages complex cross-project dependencies, and acts as a proactive partner for our clients.

In this role, you will:
— lead the program: сoordinate work across parallel applications, ensuring that shared resources are synchronized and effective;
— hybrid delivery: implement a Hybrid approach (PMI-based) to bridge the gap between long-term roadmap commitments and flexible Agile execution;
— strategic roadmap ownership: build and maintain a realistic project plan. You will be responsible for keeping the roadmap up-to-date and aligned with the business goals of multiple stakeholders;
— stakeholder management: maintain transparent, high-level communication with the client. We need you to provide clarity, manage expectations, and offer data-driven solutions;
— proactive problem solving: identify potential bottlenecks and risks before they impact the delivery. If a problem arises, we expect you to own the solution and drive it to completion.

What is important to join us:
— 4+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within the IT industry;
— proven experience with larger teams: you have successfully led teams of 10+ specialists;
— hybrid methodology expertise: practical experience combining traditional planning (milestones, budgeting) with Agile delivery;
— the "ownership" mentality: you are proactive by nature, you don't wait for instructions, and you feel responsible for the final result;
— advanced communication: strong negotiation skills and the ability to say a reasoned "No" to a client when it’s in the product's best interest;
— technical & analytical proficiency: a solid understanding of the Web/iOS/Android release cycle and the ability to work closely with the BA team;
— upper-intermediate or higher (fluent for negotiations and demos).

It’s great if you additionally have:
— experience in Business Analysis;
— technical background: development / design / QA expertise;
— PMI-ACP, PSM, etc.
