As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting smooth project execution by maintaining documentation and trackers, coordinating cross team communication, organizing meetings, gathering requirements, managing updates and follow ups, and proactively resolving or escalating workflow and information gaps across multiple concurrent projects.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update project trackers, documentation, meeting notes, and deliverables.
• Support day-to-day project execution through task monitoring, deadline management, and follow-ups.
• Organize recurring project meetings, capture action items, and distribute summaries.
• Coordinate communication between managers, engineers, onboarding teams, support teams, and vendors.
• Support creation, distribution, and management of documentation and project plans.
• Ensure internal stakeholders receive timely updates on action items and issues.
• Follow established project management processes and escalate workflow/documentation gaps.
• Participate in the development and enhancement of the target projects
Requirements:
• English level – C1 or higher
• 1+ years of experience as a junior project coordinator/project manager in software companies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email communication with vendors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work with project tracking systems, maintain accurate documentation, and support creation of project plans and technical/project artifacts.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams to gather technical requirements and clarify blockers.
• Solid understanding of web development or software development processes (SDLC, onboarding flows, requirement gathering).
• Strong organizational skills for schedule management, tracking updates, maintaining follow‑ups, and managing multiple simultaneous projects.
• Ability to gather project requirements, contribute inputs for SOW preparation, and support requirement clarification loops.
• Self‑motivated, well‑organized, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks without prompting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in documentation and execution.
• Problem‑solving skills to identify missing requirements, assist in troubleshooting, and escalate workflow/documentation gaps when needed.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑team communication to ensure efficient information flow among managers, engineers, onboarding/support teams, and vendors.
• Understanding of web development processes.
Desirable Qualities:
• Experience using the Azure DevOps board.
• Experience working with Agile framework.
