Data Analyst / BI Developer

Dotcode is on the look out for a talented and driven Data Analyst / BI Developer to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and collaborate closely with stakeholders to guide data-driven strategic decisions, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and enhance Metabase dashboards and reports
• Develop, optimize, and support ETL workflows and dbt data models
• Run ad-hoc analyses and deliver clear, actionable recommendations
• Formulate and test hypotheses to measure project effectiveness
• Train teams on analytics tools and document processes
   

Qualifications:

• 1+ years in a Data Analyst or BI Developer role, ideally in B2B
• Expert SQL skills (views, window functions, performance tuning)
• Hands-on with dbt model development, testing, and documentation
• Experience building dashboards in Metabase or similar BI tools
• Research mindset and accurate data interpretation skills
• Strong English (B2+) written and spoken, with excellent communication skills
