Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales efforts by sourcing and qualifying leads via Upwork.
 

Responsibilities:

- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork

- Analyze job postings and select suitable leads

-Prepare and submit proposals 

- Collect and structure client requirements for further processing

- Maintain and update lead tracking (CRM / spreadsheets)

- Work closely with the sales / management team
 

Requirements:

 - Experience with lead generation on Upwork

- Understanding of Upwork bidding rules and platform specifics

- English level B1+ 

- Attention to detail and good analytical skills

- Responsible and self-organized approach to work

Nice to have:

- Experience in IT or digital services

- Familiarity with CRM tools

- Previous experience in lead qualification or sales support

- Location: preferably Lviv
