International Recruiter

We’re looking for a remote International Recruiter who knows how to find and hire top talent across borders. You’ll work with international markets, with a strong focus on Ukrainian nationals based in Europe, and help us attract the best candidates globally.

What you’ll do

  • Source and hire talent across international markets in a fully remote setup
  • Focus on recruiting Ukrainian nationals living in Europe and other regions
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Build strong pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, communities, referrals, and direct search
  • Partner with hiring managers remotely to define profiles and hiring priorities
  • Assess candidates’ skills, motivation, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and manage candidate experience
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates in international markets
  • Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment efficiency

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in international recruitment
  • Proven success hiring remotely across Europe or global markets
  • Strong experience sourcing Ukrainian candidates abroad
  • Advanced sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean, proactive search)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English — upper-intermediate (B2), (Ukrainian/Russian is a plus)

Nice to have

  • Experience hiring for IT, sales, product, or operations roles
  • Startup or fast-growing company background
  • Knowledge of remote employment models and cross-border hiring basics
