Now we are looking for a CRM Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM campaigns in Customer.io (triggers, journeys, segmentation).
• Set up and manage bonus mechanics and bonus parameters.
• Monitor and resolve email deliverability issues, maintain domain reputation.
• Create and edit HTML email templates.
• Segment the user base and maintain CRM database health.
• Analyze CRM performance and optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a CRM Manager
• Technical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with Customer.io.
• Understanding of iGaming bonus mechanics.
• Experience with email deliverability and domain reputation.
• HTML/CSS skills for email layout.
• Experience with user segmentation and lifecycle CRM.
• English - B2.
