Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Owner based in Warsaw. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, gathering and analyzing business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligns with business goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features, providing clear communication to the development team, and assisting in the creation and refinement of product strategies. While the position is based in Warsaw, there is flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis expertise to interpret complex data and drive informed decisions
• Experience in Product Management, including overseeing product lifecycles and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Exceptional Communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders, team members, and clients
• Basic understanding of Software Development and its principles to ensure alignment with technical teams
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with teams
• Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus
  Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
