Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for — Senior User Acquisition Manager

 

What you’ll work with:

  • Performance & SEO: driving paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other channels) while scaling SEO as a long-term organic growth lever
  • Marketing funnels: building funnels from scratch, optimizing existing ones, identifying drop-off points, and scaling what performs best
  • Creatives & offers: generating, testing, and iterating on messaging, value propositions, and creative hypotheses
  • Landing pages & website (CRO): improving structure, offers, triggers, copy, CTAs, and UX to increase conversion rates
  • A/B testing: planning and running experiments, documenting results, drawing insights, and scaling winning tests
  • Analytics & KPIs: working with CR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and other key metrics to turn data into actionable growth decisions
  • Competitive research: ongoing analysis of competitors’ creatives, funnels, offers, and strategies to uncover growth opportunities
  • Product collaboration: working closely with the product team on website and landing page improvements, launches, and experiments

Requirements:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience driving traffic in a B2B niche (performance channels, funnel setup and optimization, continuous A/B testing)
  • Strong understanding of funnel and revenue metrics (CR, CPA, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.) and how to improve them through experimentation
  • System thinking combined with a hands-on approach: from building funnels to optimizing and scaling them
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Experience in hypothesis-driven growth: launching experiments quickly, documenting results, and scaling what works
