Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a data-driven Marketing Manager to diagnose user drop-offs, improve funnel clarity, and help us build a more intentional and predictable marketing system.

We are WebCap Digitals, an outsourcing company working with European clients. This role combines hands-on product and funnel diagnostics with strategic market and brand analysis for our own growth.

🚀 Strategy and Funnels
- Analyze existing digital products and service funnels to understand:
- how users enter
- how value is perceived
- where trust is built or lost
- at which point users decide not to continue
- Decompose user journeys and identify:
- key decision points
- friction and drop-off stages
- Build hypotheses explaining user behavior and funnel breakdowns
Apply insights from client diagnostics to improve WebCap’s own marketing funnels
⚙️ Execution and Analysis
- Review and analyze: websites, service pages, booking or order flows
- Identify issues related to: UX clarity, messaging, offer structure, decision anxiety or overload
- Translate findings into: clear insights, prioritized recommendations
Optionally propose improvements to: user flow, step logic, structure and sequencing of actions
📈 Market, Brand & Growth
- Analyze the European outsourcing market and competitive landscape
- Review WebCap’s brand perception and positioning
- Identify gaps between:
- what we deliver
- what the market understands
- Suggest realistic paths for client acquisition and growth
Help shift marketing from ad-hoc actions to a structured system
📊 Analytics & Optimization
- Use analytics tools to support hypotheses and conclusions: GA4, UTM structure, Hotjar or similar
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and quality issues
- Support data-informed decisions rather than assumptions
Help align marketing insights with sales and delivery teams
✅ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital or product-oriented marketing
- Strong experience with funnels, user journeys, and conversion analysis
- Understanding of UX and user behavior
- Experience analyzing complex products or services
- Ability to work with incomplete data and ambiguity
Upper-Intermediate English
