B2B Product Marketing Manager to $4000

Proxy-Seller is a proxy infrastructure company transitioning to Enterprise B2B. We serve hundreds of thousands of users and are building a dedicated motion for mid-market and enterprise accounts ($1K-$10K+ MRR).

 

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for B2B. You'll translate technical proxy infrastructure into value propositions for data engineers, DevOps, and technical decision-makers.


The Role

  • Focus: B2B Enterprise positioning and GTM
  • Target verticals: SEO/SERP, E-commerce pricing, Ad Verification, Threat Intelligence, AI/LLM data
  • Product portfolio: Residential, Datacenter, ISP, Mobile proxies + API
  • Sales model: PLG (self-serve) + sales-assisted for Enterprise
  • Competitors: Bright Data, Oxylabs, Smartproxy, IPRoyal
  • Reports to: CMO | Works with: Sales, Product, Content, SDR


Requirements

  • 4+ years in product marketing, B2B SaaS/tech required
  • Proven experience creating positioning frameworks and messaging houses
  • Track record of building sales enablement: battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks
  • Strong competitive intelligence skills: win/loss analysis, market mapping
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying process
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value for different personas
  • Customer research experience: interviews, surveys, ICP development
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+ (content, documentation, global team communication)
  • Comfortable with AI tools for research, content, workflow optimization


Nice to Have

  • Experience in proxy/data infrastructure/API/scraping/cybersecurity
  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) experience
  • Technical product marketing background (APIs, developer tools, infrastructure)
  • Experience launching in US or APAC markets
  • Direct experience with Enterprise clients ($10K+ ACV)


Responsibilities

  • Own B2B positioning and messaging framework — develop, document, iterate
  • Create sales enablement materials: battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, objection handling
  • Lead competitive intelligence: track competitors, conduct win/loss analysis, update battlecards
  • Plan and execute go-to-market for new products, features, vertical expansions
  • Conduct customer research: interviews, surveys, ICP refinement, persona development
  • Partner with Sales/SDR to improve conversion through better messaging
  • Collaborate with Content on thought leadership and demand gen
  • Define and track PMM metrics: content usage, win rate impact, sales cycle
