Senior Recruiter (Project work)

We’re looking for a senior Project Recruiter to join us on a full-time, project-based contract and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product and engineering roles.
 

What you’ll do

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → interviews → offers
  • Proactively source and engage engineering and product candidates
  • Conduct HR and initial screening interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with US-based stakeholders
  • Manage recruitment operations: pipelines, scheduling, candidate communication
  • Continuously improve hiring processes by bringing ideas and challenging assumptions
  • Push hiring forward, unblock issues, and get things done
     

     

What we’re looking for

  • Senior-level recruiting experience in product / tech companies
  • Proven experience hiring engineers and product professionals
  • Strong, hands-on understanding of US hiring and expectations
  • Fluent English; confident running live calls with US teams and candidates
  • Passionate about recruitment and genuinely driven to find the right people
  • Relentless, proactive, and ownership-driven
  • Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
  • Availability to work US-aligned hours (12:00–20:00 or 13:00–21:00 UA time)
