Senior Recruiter (Project work)
We’re looking for a senior Project Recruiter to join us on a full-time, project-based contract and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for product and engineering roles.
What you’ll do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing → interviews → offers
- Proactively source and engage engineering and product candidates
- Conduct HR and initial screening interviews
- Coordinate interviews and hiring decisions with US-based stakeholders
- Manage recruitment operations: pipelines, scheduling, candidate communication
- Continuously improve hiring processes by bringing ideas and challenging assumptions
Push hiring forward, unblock issues, and get things done
What we’re looking for
- Senior-level recruiting experience in product / tech companies
- Proven experience hiring engineers and product professionals
- Strong, hands-on understanding of US hiring and expectations
- Fluent English; confident running live calls with US teams and candidates
- Passionate about recruitment and genuinely driven to find the right people
- Relentless, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working independently
- Availability to work US-aligned hours (12:00–20:00 or 13:00–21:00 UA time)
