Business Analyst

We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of technology.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements (both functional and non-functional), including writing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Practical experience with 3rd party integrations.
• Hands-on experience with a discovery phase.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
• Previous experience in the IoT domain and fixed-price projects will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Manage stakeholders and collaborate around needs, objectives, and product strategy.
• Define and refine workflows, user stories, and system integrations.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless implementation.
• Provide regular updates and insights on project progress.
• Product Backlog: Help fill the product backlog by working with stakeholders to turn their ideas and expectations into features and requirements.
• Research and Suggestions: Assist stakeholders with competitor research and suggest different solutions and tradeoffs.
• Requirements Documentation: Document and maintain product requirements, and help the development team with any clarifications they need.
• Keep product and project documentation up-to-date.
