SEO Specialist

We’re looking for a part-time SEO Specialist to support our organic growth and take care of SEO activities end-to-end — from planning to execution and reporting.

ORIL is a software development company building custom digital products for clients in the PropTech and real estate industries. We’re looking for someone who understands how SEO drives real business impact and is motivated to grow qualified traffic and inbound leads — not just improve rankings.

If you enjoy ownership, clear priorities, and the chance to help grow a sustainable SEO channel, we’d be happy to work together.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform SEO audits and create a clear, prioritized action plan.
  • Research and manage keywords that support both traffic growth and lead generation.
  • Support SEO efforts for the U.S. market, including geo-focused keyword research where relevant.
  • Improve on-page and technical SEO, including site structure, performance, and mobile optimization.
  • Plan and support off-page SEO activities, such as backlink analysis and link-building initiatives.
  • Review and guide SEO content to ensure it is useful, readable, and valuable for real users.
  • Monitor and report on SEO results, including rankings, organic traffic, and conversions, with clear recommendations for improvement.

What We Expect:

  • 2+ years of practical SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.
  • Experience working with SEO for the U.S. market.
  • Good knowledge of technical SEO fundamentals (site performance, indexing, mobile optimization).
  • Experience with backlink analysis and off-page SEO.
  • Ability to review and improve content quality, not just keyword usage.
  • Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with different team members.
  • Hands-on experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Understanding of how SEO supports inbound marketing and sales pipelines.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible, part-time collaboration
  • Comprehensive day-off policy
  • Accounting support services
  • Education budget + corporate education events/trainings
  • Opportunity to influence long-term inbound strategy, not just execution.
  • A culture that supports individual growth, ownership, and teamwork

Application process:

— Culture Index (CI) assessment
— Initial screening: call with Recruiter
— Test task (2-3 days)
— Main interview: call with our Marketing Manager

If you’re an SEO specialist focused on measurable organic growth and this role aligns with your experience, we invite you to apply. We’ll review your application and follow up with the next steps.
