We’re looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager with strong iGaming experience and a clear understanding of affiliate traffic and deal economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with casinos and affiliate programs
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals
• Maintain long-term partner relationships
• Track performance, payouts, and ROI
• Represent Natural Links at international iGaming events
  (SiGMA, iGB, SBC, AWA)

Requirements

Must-haves

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling affiliate marketing
• Clear understanding of affiliate traffic and monetization logic
• Hands-on experience with CPA, RevShare, and hybrid models
• Practical experience with Keitaro 
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• English B2+
• Self-driven, ownership mindset
• Ability to attend and network at iGaming conferences across Europe

Nice-to-haves

• Background closer to the traffic / affiliate side, or real experience working with affiliates and understanding how they monetize traffic
• Network of affiliate or casino contacts
• Familiarity with SEO traffic and conversion metrics
• Experience attending iGaming conferences
