Recruiter / HR Generalist
We’re looking for a hands-on Recruiter / HR Generalist to bring structure and speed to our hiring. The current process lacks a clear selection framework, which impacts pipeline quality and slows down execution. You will own full-cycle recruitment for priority roles and build a repeatable hiring system that helps new hires ramp fast.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates and run outreach
- Conduct and document pre-screen interviews
- Own full-cycle recruitment: JD structuring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers
- Build and maintain a structured hiring system (templates, scorecards, test tasks, decision criteria)
- Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire through role calibration and structured interviews
- Own onboarding foundations (Day 1 readiness, 7/30/60 plans, access coordination)
- Partner with team leads to forecast hiring needs and prioritize roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience (not coordination-only)
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong skills in structuring JDs, interview plans, and test tasks from scratch
- Experience owning the full hiring lifecycle end-to-end
- Strong communication skills with hiring managers and candidates
