Who we’re looking for

Product Manager (Middle)

Focus on building successful digital products by aligning business goals, user needs, and development execution. Our typical workflow and tools:

• Product discovery, market and user research
• User interviews, JTBD, problem validation
• Roadmaps, OKRs, prioritization frameworks
• MVP definition and scope management
• Backlog management (Jira, Linear, ClickUp, Notion)
• Collaboration with design, frontend, backend, and mobile teams
• Product analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel — when needed)
• A/B testing and hypothesis validation
• Stakeholder communication and reporting
• Documentation: PRD, specs, user stories

What you’ll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Validate ideas through research and rapid MVPs
• Translate business goals into clear product requirements
• Manage backlog, priorities, and sprint planning
• Work closely with designers and engineers
• Launch products and iterate based on user feedback and data
• Monitor key metrics: activation, retention, conversion, revenue
• Align internal teams and external stakeholders
• Improve product-market fit and scalability

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience working with digital products (web/mobile/SaaS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write clear PRDs and specifications
• Understanding of agile/scrum processes
• Experience with product analytics and metrics
• Basic technical understanding (APIs, architecture, development process)
• Ability to use AI tools for faster workflows: research, analysis, documentation, ideation (with mandatory quality checks)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ownership mindset and responsibility for results
