Lifecycle Marketing Manager to $3000
Proxy-Seller is a proxy infrastructure company serving hundreds of thousands of users globally. We're building out our B2B Enterprise motion while maintaining a strong self-serve business.
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email marketing and CRM automation. You'll build the function from scratch: strategy, tech stack selection, and execution across the full customer journey.
The Role
- Primary focus: B2B lifecycle (60-70%) β Enterprise nurturing, trial-to-paid conversion, expansion
- Secondary: B2C/self-serve (30-40%) β onboarding, retention, win-back at scale
- Database: hundreds of thousands of contacts across segments
- Starting point: building from scratch β you'll select tools, design architecture, implement
- Reports to: CMO
Requirements
- 4+ years in email/CRM/lifecycle marketing with B2B experience
- Hands-on experience building automation workflows, lead scoring, and behavioral triggers from scratch
- Deep knowledge of email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reputation management)
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Customer.io, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Strong segmentation skills: RFM, behavioral, lifecycle-based
- Data-driven: A/B testing, cohort analysis, attribution
- English: Upper-Intermediate+ (written communication, content creation)
- Comfortable with AI tools for content, analysis, workflow optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience in proxy/data infrastructure/API/cybersecurity space
- ABM campaign experience
- Copywriting skills β ability to write emails without relying on copywriters
- Experience integrating marketing automation with CRM (Pipedrive, HubSpot CRM)
Responsibilities
- Build lifecycle marketing strategy and roadmap for B2B and B2C segments
- Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platform
- Design and execute automated sequences: nurturing, onboarding, retention, reactivation, win-back
- Build lead scoring model and behavioral triggers for personalization
- Segment database by ICP, product usage, lifecycle stage, engagement
- Coordinate with Sales/SDR on MQL criteria, handoff process, lead nurturing
- Own deliverability: domain reputation, list hygiene, compliance
- Track and optimize: open rate, CTR, conversion, revenue attribution
