Who we’re looking for

Mobile Developer (Middle+)

Focus on building mobile applications for iOS and Android. Our typical tech stack:

• Native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit)
• Native Android (Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose, XML)
• React Native (TypeScript)
• State management: Redux, Zustand, MobX (depending on the task)
• API: REST, sometimes GraphQL
• Auth: JWT, OAuth, biometrics
• Payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe SDK
• Realtime: WebSockets, Firebase / Pusher (when needed)
• Storage: SQLite, Room, Core Data, AsyncStorage
• Tooling: Xcode, Android Studio, Fastlane, ESLint, Prettier
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Bitrise, TestFlight, Play Console
• Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, GA4, AppsFlyer
• Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry
• Performance: profiling, memory leaks, startup time

What you’ll do

• Develop mobile applications from MVP to production
• Build user dashboards, onboarding flows, forms, and payment features
• Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs
• Implement offline mode and data synchronization
• Integrate payments, subscriptions, and in-app purchases
• Optimize app performance and stability
• Publish and maintain apps in the App Store and Google Play
• Work iteratively after release to improve UX, conversion, and retention

Skills we’re looking for

• Experience developing for iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)
• Experience with React Native is a strong plus
• Understanding of mobile app architecture (MVVM, Clean, Redux)
• Experience with APIs, authentication, and security
• Experience publishing and updating apps in app stores
• Experience with push notifications and deep links
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code
• Ability to use AI tools to speed up development: code generation, refactoring, testing, and research (with mandatory quality checks before production)
• Git, pull requests, responsibility, and strong communication skills
