Recruiter

We’re looking for a hands-on Head Hunter to join our team and actively recruit talent across Operations, Finance, Account Management, and Technical roles.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Active sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and professional communities
  • Conducting initial screening interviews in English
  • Managing candidate communication throughout the early recruitment stages
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and presenting qualified candidates

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Experience conducting initial interviews and candidate screening - mandatory
  • Upper-Intermediate English
  • Strong headhunting mindset
  • Experience with vacancies in the affiliate field - an advantage
