Recruiter
We’re looking for a hands-on Head Hunter to join our team and actively recruit talent across Operations, Finance, Account Management, and Technical roles.
What you’ll do:
- Active sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms, and professional communities
- Conducting initial screening interviews in English
- Managing candidate communication throughout the early recruitment stages
- Collaborating with hiring managers and presenting qualified candidates
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience conducting initial interviews and candidate screening - mandatory
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Strong headhunting mindset
- Experience with vacancies in the affiliate field - an advantage
