Conditions:
 

• Salary range: $5,000 – $8,000
• Career growth opportunities to CEO or COO

Main tasks:
 

• Management of the sales team (~100 people)
• Revenue Growth: Ensuring the project's revenue growth
• Management of Team Leads and the Retention Department
• Working with scripts: Analysis, improvement, increasing conversion rates
• Data digitization and analytics
• Process automation
• Implementation of AI tools into workflows
   

Requirements:
 

• 3+ years of experience in sales
• 2+ years in similar leadership positions
• Experience in specific niches (OnlyFans/Dating/Forex/iGaming/Crypto)
• Cases (any materials confirming your results)
• Systems thinking

Experience in large holdings or specialized training is a plus
