Country Manager / Operations Manager (Tbilisi, Georgia)

We are looking for a Country / Operations Manager to lead our Tbilisi location, which combines:

• IVF Georgia clinic operations
• Ovogene production activities
   

This role has full responsibility for operations, team management, financial performance, and compliance at the location.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end operational management of the clinic and production site
• Leadership of local managers and key staff
• Budget control, cost efficiency, and participation in P&L planning
• Coordination with the Medical Director and international teams
• Oversight of logistics, resources, and operational processes
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation, SOPs, and quality standards
• Regular reporting and collaboration with HQ
   

Candidate Profile

• Experience in operations / country / site management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Solid financial understanding (budget & P&L)
• Experience working in an international environment
• Professional English

Background in healthcare, IVF or biotech is a plus.
