About the Role:
BitHide is looking for a proactive and data-oriented CRM Manager to take ownership of our marketing funnel. You will play a pivotal role in guiding users from acquisition to advocacy, ensuring they get the most out of our wallet product. The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize the marketing funnel. You will be responsible for converting leads into active wallet users, driving transaction volume, and maximizing user retention through targeted lifecycle communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Funnel Management: Design and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to move users through the marketing funnel (Acquisition $\to$ Activation $\to$ Retention $\to$ Revenue $\to$ Referral).
- Lifecycle Automation: Build and manage automated communication flows (Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messages) for key user stages, including Onboarding, KYC completion, First Deposit/Transaction, and Reactivation.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and launch segmented CRM campaigns to promote new wallet features, token listings, and partnership offers.
- Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize user data (transaction history, wallet balance, feature usage) to create hyper-personalized messages that drive engagement and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor funnel metrics (Conversion Rates, Churn, LTV, Open Rates) and conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Product and Marketing teams to align CRM activities with the product roadmap and user acquisition goals.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention, preferably in FinTech, Crypto, or SaaS.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Crypto/Blockchain landscape and the typical user journey within a crypto wallet product (e.g., seed phrase backup, gas fees, staking) will be a great advantage.
- Funnel Expertise: Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketing funnels to drive conversion and retention.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Customer.io, CleverTap) and basic knowledge of HTML for template editing.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets to make informed decisions; experience with analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude) is a plus.
- Communication: business-level written and verbal communication skills in English.
