As our team expands, we are looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen our hiring efforts across European and international markets.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting non-tech roles (Sales, Support, Operations, Marketing)
  • Proven experience hiring local candidates across European markets
  • English level B2+ for communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle β€” from sourcing to offer stage
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while effectively prioritizing
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, result-oriented mindset, and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs
  • Experience working in a recruitment agency will be a plus

 

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment for non-tech roles across various business functions (Sales, Support, Operations, Marketing)
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer preparation
  • Close collaboration with hiring managers to align on role expectations and provide regular updates
  • Conducting candidate screenings and assessing fit against role requirements
  • Supporting candidates throughout all stages and ensuring a positive candidate experience
