Senior Data/Product Analyst (iGaming/Gambling)

We’re building the next generation of skin-based entertainment and looking for a skilled Data/Product Analyst to help us scale efficiently and profitably across multiple markets.


Job Summary

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will lead analytics that connect player behavior, traffic performance, and product outcomes across the iGaming lifecycle. You will own end-to-end analysis for key domains, build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting, and deliver insights from funnels, cohorts, retention, and LTV to drive product and business decisions. Partnering with Product, Marketing/Affiliate, Finance, and Engineering, you will evaluate channel and promo effectiveness, support A/B testing, and monitor KPI health to detect anomalies. 


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing/product/web analytics in the gambling/casino/betting domain is a strong must.
  • Solid knowledge and deep understanding of iGaming product and performance metrics: player behaviour and retention metrics, marketing and traffic metrics, operational metrics, and financial metrics.
  • Advanced SQL skills (PostgreSQL / BigQuery), ability to perform optimized querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, etc.), data visualization, and the ability to leverage multiple data sources.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for analytics, automation, and data processing.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (pivots, lookups, formulas, data structuring).
  • Strong skills in data validation, process automation, and logic structuring for business metrics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver insights effectively across business and product teams.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, finance, affiliate, brand).
  • Experience working with large datasets, recognizing patterns, and building reports from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of the player lifecycle and user journey analytics.
  • Product mindset and ability to work with business stakeholders.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for technical collaboration in a remote/global team setting.
  • Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.


Your Advantage

  • Experience with machine learning-based analytics (e.g., churn prediction, player segmentation).
  • Familiarity with game economy principles - bonus mechanics, RTP, and game-level metrics.
  • Understanding of affiliate tracking systems and multi-operator analytics.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistics and predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of ETL/DWH processes (Trino, Airflow, Iceberg, etc.).
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment with rapid iteration cycles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end analytics for assigned product domains, acting as the primary analytical partner for product and business stakeholders.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the KPI framework across the full player lifecycle and user journey, ensuring metrics are consistent, actionable, and aligned across teams.
  • Monitor product, marketing, operational, and financial performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis; proactively identify anomalies, breaks in funnels, unexpected variance, and risks, investigate root causes, and propose corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting ecosystems for product, marketing, affiliate, and leadership teams using BI tools.
  • Design and maintain the underlying analytical datasets powering dashboards, partnering with Engineering to ensure scalable, well-structured, and well-documented data sources.
  • Analyze player behavior and product performance deeply, and lead analytics on traffic quality and acquisition efficiency
  • Create end-to-end visibility from traffic to gameplay and payments, connecting acquisition source quality to downstream monetization and operational outcomes.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of bonuses, promotions, and retention campaigns, balancing user impact and unit economics.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on tracking and instrumentation, ensuring the right data is generated and captured.
  • Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows, reducing manual work, improving speed-to-insight, and increasing reliability of business-critical reporting.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and deep dives to support strategic decisions, product planning, and operational initiatives - translating complex findings into clear options and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance teams to prioritize initiatives, unblock decisions, and align analytics deliverables with business goals.
