About the Role

We're looking for a PM who thinks like a developer. Someone who's already using Claude Code to draft Linear tickets, understands what a PR review involves, and can read a terminal without flinching.

You'll manage web projects end-to-end: scoping, planning, shipping, and keeping clients informed. You'll lead a development team of 5+ and need to speak their language fluently.

What You'll Do

Lead and coordinate a development team of 5+ across multiple concurrent projects

Manage everything in Linear—tickets, sprints, roadmaps

Translate client requirements into clear technical specs

Spot risks early and keep projects on track and profitable

Coordinate daily with dev teams via Slack and async updates

Requirements

Must Have:

2+ years PM experience in tech/agency environments

Proven experience managing technical teams of 5+

Development background—you've written code professionally or as a serious pursuit

Working knowledge of Git, GitHub workflows, and CI/CD basics

Strong understanding of modern web architecture (Next.js, React, APIs, headless CMS)

Already using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.) in your workflow

Excellent communication—clear, concise, no fluff

Nice to Have:

Experience with Vercel, JAMstack, or headless CMS platforms

Familiarity with Sanity, Contentful, or similar

You've managed projects in Linear before
