Real Media is a full-cycle marketing agency providing strategic, performance, PR, branding, and MICE solutions for international clients. We work with fast-growing businesses in iGaming, Betting, Affiliate Marketing, Crypto, and Web3, helping them scale through data-driven and creative marketing approaches.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to build, lead, and scale our sales function. This role combines hands-on sales, team leadership, and strategic thinking. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales processes, and building long-term partnerships across key markets.
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and manage the sales function at Real Media
- Lead and mentor the sales team: workload management, performance reviews, and execution control
- Own the full B2B sales cycle: from first contact to deal closing and client handover
- Develop and execute sales strategies together with the CMO and management
- Adapt sales approaches to LATAM and North American markets, considering regional specifics
- Build long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Ensure high-quality communication with clients, strong agency positioning, and clear value propositions
- Optimize sales processes, CRM logic, and collaboration with marketing and delivery teams
- Analyze sales performance and continuously improve efficiency
- Represent the agency in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in an agency or digital marketing environment
- Strong understanding of iGaming, Betting, Affiliate, Crypto, or Web3 markets
- Experience working with LATAM clients (North America is a strong plus)
- Experience managing sales teams and complex, long sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
