The team builds traffic purchasing based on unit economics and clear processes: rapid hypothesis validation, KPI control and scaling only stable connections.
GetLeads works as a production team with a single operating model: creative testing, analytics, optimization and scaling. Internal processes are built on transparent analytics, discipline in numbers and single performance standards.
Technically, the team works in a multi-source environment: Facebook, Google, TikTok, In-app, ASO. Experience covers Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 with adaptation of strategies to geo and product.
The team has over 70 specialists, of which 40+ are media buyers. Additionally, there is an internal retention department that increases LTV and overall profitability, particularly in iGaming and Dating.
The main purpose of the role
Building and scaling the commercial development of the service: partnerships, clients, attraction channels and a systemic growth model.
Tasks and duties
Conducting negotiations with current and new partners.
Construction and development of long-term, mutually beneficial partnership relations.
Active search and testing of new offers to expand the team pool.
Analysis of the effectiveness of offers and terms of cooperation for profit maximization.
Control and coordination of key parameters: caps, rates, KPI, compliance with conditions.
Close interaction with internal teams.
Requirements
2 years of work experience in Business Development positions.
Proven work experience with volumes starting at $500,000.
Confirmed work experience in buying teams.
Deep understanding of the principles of working with partner networks and direct advertisers.
Strong analytical skills: understanding and ability to work with metrics.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to structure information.
High level of self-organization, proactivity and focus on results.
