Senior Sales Manager

General provisions
1.1. The position of Senior Sales Manager belongs to the specialist category.
1.2. The employee reports directly to the CBDO.
1.3. The purpose of the position is to close deals with large clients in the high-risk segment
(Gambling, Betting), sell the company’s comprehensive solutions, coordinate negotiations,
and manage the full deal cycle up to client go-live.
1.4. In their activities, the employee is guided by applicable legislation, local and internal
company regulations, as well as this job description.


Job responsibilities
2.1. Sales to key clients:
• Managing deals with potential traffic volumes of $500k/month and above.
• Preparing and presenting company solutions at owner and C-level.
• Closing deals up to the integration and traffic go-live stage.
• Developing individual commercial models, offers, and settlement schemes.
• Growth of existing clients, cross-selling.
2.2. Negotiations and cooperation terms:
• Conducting negotiations on tariffs, commissions, rolling reserves, currencies, payout
schedules.
• Agreeing on limits, compliance requirements, permitted URLs.
• Working with Legal and Compliance on structures in non-standard jurisdictions.
• Promoting clients to priority routes and cooperation models.
2.3. Acquisition of new clients:
• Client search via LinkedIn, Telegram, databases, and personal network.
• Client acquisition through forums, conferences, and industry platforms.
• Preparation for participation in SIGMA, SBC, iGB, and others.
• Conducting meetings, presentations, lead collection and qualification.
• Working with own client database.
2.4. Interaction with internal teams:
• Alignment of deal terms with CBDO, Legal, Finance, Compliance.
• Handover of deals to KAM after closing.
• Maintaining CRM, controlling communication in Telegram / Jira.
• Formulating client-driven solutions for BizDev.
2.5. Reporting and analytics:
• Preparation of weekly sales pipeline reports.
• Analysis of current deals, identification of blockers.
• Proposals for improving offers, models, and tariff conditions.

3.1. To conduct negotiations on terms within own area of competence.
3.2. To initiate approval of non-standard terms with Legal and Finance.
3.3. To represent the company in negotiations and industry events.
3.4. To request information necessary for the performance of duties.

Qualification requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in sales in the high-risk segment (PSP, FinTech).
• Successful cases with Gambling clients.
Professional knowledge:
• Understanding of PSPs, aggregators, gateways, routing schemes, holds.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level or higher.
• Negotiation skills at CEO / Founder level.
