Junior Technical Compliance Specialist (iGaming)

We are helping our partner — an international online gambling company operating across multiple regulated jurisdictions — strengthen their Technical Compliance / IT function.

The company works in a fast-growing and highly regulated industry, where every technical change must fully comply with regulatory requirements. They are now looking for a Technical Compliance Specialist who can act as a strong link between IT, product, QA, and compliance.

Location: Valencia

Work mode: Full-time, on-site (5 days per week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

About the Role

This is not a “check-the-box” compliance role.

You will be responsible for translating regulatory requirements into practical technical solutions, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring that new features, integrations, and platform changes are implemented without putting licenses or certifications at risk.

The role is well-suited for someone with experience in project management, product coordination, technical consulting, or compliance within a regulated environment (iGaming, fintech, payments, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Technical Compliance in ensuring the platform meets all applicable regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate communication and priorities across IT, QA, product, and operational teams.
  • Translate regulatory requirements into clear technical tasks and user stories.
  • Perform QA validation of newly developed features and platform changes.
  • Guide IT teams during the implementation of new features and integrations, ensuring full compliance.
  • Participate in platform certification processes across multiple markets (Spain, Peru, Ireland, and others).
  • Prepare operational procedures and technical documentation for audits and certification purposes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical compliance, project management, product coordination, or consulting.
  • Experience in iGaming or other highly regulated industries is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English and conversational Spanish (mandatory).
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Solid understanding of technical and operational processes.

What the Company Offers

  • Full-time on-site role in Valencia, Spain.
  • Collaborative, supportive team environment with clear responsibilities.
  • Exposure to international markets and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Career growth opportunities within technical compliance and regulated products.
  • Shortened / intensive Fridays during July and August.
  • Annual team-building activities.
  • Comfortable office environment in one of Spain’s most attractive cities.
