What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. As a member of our recruitment team, you will work closely with department leaders, helping to identify and interview top talent who share our vision for the future of travel.
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct first-round interviews and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Maintain candidate database in CRM and keep candidate information up to date.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (speaking and writing).
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
