Middle / Senior Business Development Manager

A mobile app rental service for arbitrage teams, agencies, and digital partners. The product addresses the need for rapid traffic scaling through a ready-made app infrastructure.

Primary Role Objective
Building and scaling the service's commercial development: partnerships, clients, acquisition channels, and a systematic growth model.

Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Business Development and Partnerships
• Searching for and attracting new partners (arbitrage teams, CPA networks, agencies, products).
• Initiating and developing strategic partnerships.
• Building long-term, win-win relationships with key partners.
• Participating in negotiations, establishing commercial terms.

2. Client Acquisition
• Searching for and attracting clients for the mobile app rental service.
• Managing incoming and outgoing leads.
• Building and managing the sales funnel.
• Supporting clients from initial contact to launch.

3. Communications and Service Presentation
• Building systematic communications with the market.
• Posting and promoting information about the service:
• Specialized chats and communities,
• Telegram / Discord / forums,
• Direct contacts and networking.
• Forming the service's positioning and value proposition.

4. Lead Generation Sources
• Finding and testing new customer acquisition sources.
• Collaborating with lead generators and the support team.
• Optimizing cost per lead and incoming traffic quality.

5. System and Analytics
• Creating and maintaining a structured customer and partner database (CRM).
• Developing and monitoring KPIs:
• For lead generators,
• For support,
• For myself as BizDev.
• Monitoring plan execution and communication quality.

6. Product and Strategy Development
• Participating in developing the service's development concept.
• Collecting feedback from clients and partners.
• Initiating new areas, rental formats, and monetization models.
• Collaboration with the product and technical teams.

Additional responsibilities
• Analyzing the mobile app market, CPA, and the arbitrage ecosystem.
• Participating in the launch of new geographies, verticals, and collaboration formats.
• Preparing presentations, commercial proposals, and offers.
• Assisting in building internal processes between sales, support, and tech.
• Representing the service at online events and in closed communities.

Requirements
• Experience in a Business Development/Sales/Partnerships role in digital, CPA, mobile apps, SaaS, or arbitrage.
• Understanding of the mobile app market, traffic arbitrage, or the CPA model.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Systems thinking: the ability to build processes, not just "sell."
• Experience with CRM, funnels, and KPIs.
• Proactivity, results-oriented, and growth-oriented.

A plus.
• Having a network of contacts in the arbitrage or mobile environment. • Experience scaling services or products from scratch.
• Understanding of ASO and the iOS/Android ecosystem.
• Experience managing lead generation or a small team.
