IT Sourcing Recruiter
Rivex Software is a tech company based in Latvia and founded by experienced developers. We combine outsourcing services with internal product development to deliver powerful web tools that optimize workflows and improve performance.
We’re looking for a part-time IT sourcing recruiter to work directly with a small but growing product/dev team. This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing and initial screening. Not an HR generalist position.
Work format
• Part-time: 10–15 hours per week
• Fully remote
• Async work
• Long-term collaboration (regular hiring, not a one-off task)
Responsibilities
• Active sourcing of candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, other channels)
• CV screening
• Initial intro calls (15–20 minutes)
• Communication with candidates throughout the early stages
• Maintaining a simple hiring pipeline (Notion / Google Sheets / ATS)
Tech roles you’ll work with
• Backend / Full-stack: Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React
• QA
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
• Strong sourcing skills (not only inbound candidates)
• Understanding of developer seniority levels (middle / strong middle / senior)
• Experience hiring technical roles
Compensation
• Hourly rate
• Bonus per successful hire (discussed upfront)
