Automation Specialist

About the company:
We are a SaaS integration company working with Monday.com, Make, and 8N8. We implement automation, integrations, and CRM solutions for client businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Set up automations and integrations according to technical specifications or in Monday.com.
• Create and maintain workspaces, boards, dashboards, and automations in Monday.com.
• Work with Make, n8n, and other platforms for SaaS integrations.
• Test, debug, and document automations.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations & Technology to clarify requirements and priorities.
  
   

Requirements:

• Fluent in English.
• Experience with SaaS, integrations, and automation tools (Monday, Make, and other automation platforms).
• Ability to work according to technical specifications and deliver complete solutions.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and basic process logic.
• Ability to work in a team and manage end-to-end tasks.
  
   

Preferred skills:

• Experience setting up end-to-end workflows.
• Knowledge of other CRM/ERP or BI platforms is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and identify bottlenecks in processes.
