Framer Developer SEO Specialist
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement smooth, intentional animations that enhance storytelling and guide users through our product narrative
- Optimise site structure, metadata, performance, and content for strong search engine visibility
- Build and iterate on pages in Framer — from landing pages to product feature sections
- Collaborate asynchronously with our distributed team across Europe
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions — if you see something that can be better, you help make it better
Must-haves
- Strong Framer expertise — you’ve delivered multiple production websites (not just experimental projects)
- Motion design understanding — strong grasp of timing, easing, micro-interactions, and how motion improves UX
- SEO fundamentals — technical SEO knowledge (Core Web Vitals, structured data, crawlability) plus strong on-page SEO practices
- Execution mindset — comfortable in fast-moving startup environments with minimal bureaucracy
- Excellent async communication — clear written updates, proactive about blockers, comfortable working independently
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working on fintech or B2B SaaS websites
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console, etc.)
- Strong conversion optimisation mindset
- Experience working with Figma and design handoffs
