Intern / Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a Junior / Trainee Project Manager who will help coordinate development processes and grow into a strong PM within our game development team. Together, we will deliver high-quality products on time and with clear communication.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of the Project Manager role in IT / game development projects
• Basic understanding of the project lifecycle
• Clear understanding of the differences between PM / PO / BA
• Basic knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban
• Understanding of key terms: backlog, sprint, task, milestone, estimation
• Basic experience with task-tracking tools (Jira / ClickUp / Asana / Trello)
• Confident use of Google Docs / Google Sheets
• English level B2 or higher
• Ability to:
  • communicate in writing with clients and the team
  • read technical documentation
  • participate in meetings in English
• Strong communication and soft skills:
  • clear written task formulation
  • attention to detail
  • responsibility and self-organization
  • willingness to learn quickly and accept feedback

Responsibilities:
 

• Assist in planning and coordinating project tasks and timelines
• Maintain task boards, backlogs, and project documentation
• Help prepare sprint planning, daily syncs, and retrospectives
• Track task progress and follow up on deadlines
• Communicate with developers, designers, QA, and PM
• Support communication with clients under senior PM guidance
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers
• Follow project management processes and guidelines
