Middle/Senior Lead Generation Specialist

Relevant Software is a full-cycle digital product development company. For 12 years on the market, we have delivered more than 200 projects in industries like FinTech, PropTech, Construction, Healthcare, Retail, and Media.

We are looking for an active, motivated, and result-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team to execute the lead generation process. You will be responsible for outbound strategy creation and execution, communication with potential leads, working with sales objections, and the lead nurturing process.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams on the development of ideal customer profile, identifying the value proposition and creation of template messages for outbound campaigns;
  • Lead the process of communication with prospects, starting from initial response from the lead, nurture the relationship to cause the interest in our services and set up introduction calls for further discussion of cooperation opportunities;
  • Effectively handle sales objections to increase conversions through the sales funnel;
  • Research on leads to identify touch points for personalized communication strategy, find out potential match between company’s expertise and target account;
  • Manage data for prospects within CRM, ensuring all communication is logged, information is accurate and documents are attached;
  • Take part in generating ideas for outreach campaigns, new sources of potential leads.
     

Required skills:

  • 2+ year work experience on Lead Generation or Sales Development Representative position with strong knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry and a proven track record;
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT outsourcing business needs;
  • Systematic and accurate in work and attention to detail;
  • High level of research skills to easily find the touchpoints between customer profile and the company’s expertise, identify potential needs;
  • Creative approach to writing sequences, avoiding canned phrases;
  • Strong desire to learn new things and keep up with the latest industry trends;
  • Level of English: Upper Intermediate (B2).
