We recently launched a new AI-powered digital assistant that automates time-consuming workflows for fleet managers and unlocks massive efficiency gains.

 

We’re entering a new growth phase and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand engine.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role focused on measurable growth. If you live and breathe paid acquisition, funnels, experimentation, and CAC optimization — this role is for you 🚀

What You’ll Own

 

Performance & Demand Generation

  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
  • Build and optimize lead generation funnels focused on qualified demos
  • Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to improve CAC and CPL
  • Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with sales, targeting high-value logistics accounts
  • Launch and optimize landing pages with a strong CRO mindset

 

Analytics & Experimentation

  • Own analytics, attribution, dashboards, and reporting
  • Implement and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
  • Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnels
  • Identify and execute new growth experiments
  • Make decisions based on data — not opinions

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in Performance Marketing / Demand Generation (B2B SaaS required)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Proven experience running ABM campaigns
  • Experience with HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, lead scoring)
  • Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, attribution models, and funnel metrics
  • Experience with GA4, Looker, and tracking via GTM
  • Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning results
  • Fluent English
