We recently launched a new AI-powered digital assistant that automates time-consuming workflows for fleet managers and unlocks massive efficiency gains.
We’re entering a new growth phase and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our demand engine.

What You’ll Own
Performance & Demand Generation
- Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels focused on qualified demos
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to improve CAC and CPL
- Plan and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns with sales, targeting high-value logistics accounts
- Launch and optimize landing pages with a strong CRO mindset
Analytics & Experimentation
- Own analytics, attribution, dashboards, and reporting
- Implement and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Run A/B tests across ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Identify and execute new growth experiments
- Make decisions based on data — not opinions
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in Performance Marketing / Demand Generation (B2B SaaS required)
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Proven experience running ABM campaigns
- Experience with HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, lead scoring)
- Strong understanding of CAC, CPL, attribution models, and funnel metrics
- Experience with GA4, Looker, and tracking via GTM
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning results
- Fluent English
