We’ve recently launched an exciting new product: an AI-powered digital assistant that automates time-consuming tasks for fleet managers and unlocks massive efficiency gains.
We’re entering a new growth phase and are looking for a freelance Growth Marketing Specialist to help us build and scale our demand engine. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, where you’ll have the freedom to experiment, test, and shape how we grow.

What you’ll do
You’ll take ownership of growth and performance marketing initiatives, from strategy to execution.
Performance & Demand Generation
- Own and manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, etc.)
- Build and optimize acquisition funnels for qualified leads and demo bookings
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, messaging, and offers to improve performance and reduce CAC
- Plan, execute, and optimize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns in collaboration with sales, targeting high-value accounts across paid, outbound, and lifecycle channels.
- Create, launch, and optimize landing pages with a strong CRO mindset
Analytics & Experimentation
- Own analytics, attribution, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Implement and manage conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager
- Run A/B tests and CRO experiments across the website and funnels
- Proactively identify new growth opportunities and experiments to test
You’ll have the freedom to experiment, move fast, and iterate backed by a team that values data over opinions.
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Demand Generation
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong experience with planning and executing ABM campaigns (Account based marketing)
- Hands-on expertise with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta)
- Hands on experience with HubSpot (dashboards, workflows, lead scoring)
- Data-first mindset—you know your metrics and use them to guide decisions
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Google Looker, attribution tools)
- Comfortable setting up conversion events using Google Tag Manager
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Collaborative team player who enjoys working cross-functionally
- Available at least 3 days per week (freelance / contract)
