We are looking for Senior Atlassian Consultant (German-speaking) – Offshore. Project Overview. For one of our major clients, we are looking for German-speaking Senior Atlassian Consultants to support an offshore setup. The client is open regarding the business domain; the key requirement is strong hands-on consulting and configuration experience within Atlassian environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consulting for Atlassian environments, acting as a trusted advisor for the client
• Design, configure, and optimize Jira and Confluence instances according to business and process requirements
• Configure and maintain workflows, permissions, and project schemes
• Analyze existing Atlassian setups and propose conceptual improvements and optimizations
• Implement custom configurations and adjustments within Jira and Confluence
• Support and configure integrations within Atlassian environments
• Work with both Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments, ensuring best-practice configurations
• Translate business requirements into technical and conceptual Atlassian solutions
• Support users and stakeholders in a consulting role (not user-level support), including guidance on best practices
• Ensure stable, scalable, and maintainable Atlassian configurations in an offshore model

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Atlassian consulting and configuration
• Strong hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence
• Deep knowledge of workflows, permissions, and configurations
• Experience in concept design, customizations, and adjustments
• Practical experience with Atlassian Data Center and Cloud environments
• German language skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently in an offshore setup
