Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for an energetic, people-driven IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us scale ORIL with top talent. This role is perfect for someone who loves communication, enjoys selling opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will work closely with our HR Manager and another Recruiter, focusing on active talent attraction, candidate engagement, and closing roles.

Key responsibilities
- Actively source and engage candidates using various channels.
- Proactively sell job opportunities and the company, tailoring messages to different candidate profiles.
- Build and maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline across various positions and skill sets.
- Participate in Full Cycle Recruitment, including sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, making job offers, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain continuous, warm communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Maintain a positive company brand.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to align recruiting activities with company goals and OKRs.
- Participate in HR initiatives and company-wide activities when needed.
What we expect
- 1โ3 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong ability to engage, influence, and persuade candidates.
- Proven experience in sourcing and closing candidates in a competitive market.
- Confidence in communication and relationship-building with candidates and hiring managers.
- Understanding of technical roles and ability to explain them in a clear, appealing way.
- High level of initiative, energy, and ownership over results.
- Ability to work with multiple roles simultaneously and stay focused in a dynamic environment.
- English level: Intermediate Strong or higher.
- Practical knowledge of recruitment tools and HR databases.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong focus on hiring outcomes.
Nice to have
- Experience with recruitment metrics and funnel analysis.
- Experience hiring for international markets (LatAm, Europe).
