Product Manager
As a Product Manager you will own end-to-end responsibility for fintech product. You will define the vision, build & prioritize the roadmap, work closely with engineering, design, compliance, legal, data, and go-to-market teams, and drive measurable business & customer outcomes in a highly regulated, high-velocity environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and continuously evolve the product vision, strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with company OKRs and market dynamics
- Conduct deep customer & market research (interviews, usage analytics, competitive analysis, regulatory scans) to identify high-impact opportunities
- Write clear, detailed PRDs / one-pagers / user stories / acceptance criteria that engineering & design teams can execute with high confidence
- Prioritize ruthlessly using data, customer feedback, regulatory constraints, engineering estimates, and business impact
- Lead cross-functional squads (Engineering, Design, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Success) to deliver features on time and with quality
- Define and track success metrics (North Star + input metrics) โ activation, retention, revenue lift, fraud reduction, NPS/CSAT, unit economics, etc.
- Partner tightly with Compliance & Legal to ensure features meet relevant regulations (PSD2/3, AML/KYC, GDPR/CCPA, open banking standards, crypto regs, etc.) without sacrificing user experience
- Run experiments (A/B tests, feature flags, beta programs) and iterate quickly based on quantitative + qualitative data
- Communicate product direction, progress, trade-offs and learnings clearly to executives, stakeholders and the broader organization
- Stay current with fintech trends (embedded finance, AI in risk/credit, real-time payments, DeFi โ TradFi bridges, open banking evolution, etc.)
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience (fintech, payments, banking, crypto, SaaS B2B/B2C strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of shipping consumer-facing or B2B financial products that reached meaningful scale
- Deep empathy for financial end-users (retail consumers, SMB owners, treasury teams, developers integrating APIs)
- Strong analytical skills โ comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Amplitude/Mixpanel/Heap), cohort analysis, funnel optimization, unit economics
- Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating with Compliance / Legal teams
- Excellent written & verbal communication โ you can tell stories with data and influence without authority
- Hands-on with modern product tools (Jira/Confluence/Aha/Notion/Linear, Figma for lightweight prototyping, Looker/Tableau for dashboards)
- Agile mindset โ bias for action, comfortable with uncertainty and fast iteration
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA or finance/tech certifications are a plus but not required)
Nice-to-have
- Experience in one or more of: payments & acquiring, open banking / account-to-account, credit & lending, wealthtech / investing, crypto / digital assets, fraud & identity, treasury management, embedded finance
- Previous exposure to API-first products or developer platforms
- Background in data science / ML product management (especially credit scoring, fraud models, personalization)
- Worked in high-scale environments (>10M MAU or >$1B TPV)
- Lived experience using the types of products you're building
