Strong Junior UX/UI Designer

YARSY is a product company creating digital products for startups and technology teams worldwide.

We are looking for a Strong Junior UX/UI Designer (full-time) — a designer with hands-on experience who can take ownership of tasks and think in a product-driven way.

🧑‍💻 What you’ll be working on:
- Designing interfaces for web and mobile products, taking tasks from initial ideas to final screens (with regular reviews and feedback from the Design Lead)
- Developing and evolving the visual style of interfaces, not just adapting existing solutions
- Using and maintaining design systems while ensuring UI consistency
- Thinking through user flows and creating wireframes and UI mockups
- Iterating on designs after reviews and team discussions
- Participating in product discussions and collaborative problem-solving

🌟 What matters to us:
- 6+ months of commercial or team-based experience — required
- Confident work in Figma (frames, components, auto layout, variants, styles)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interface logic, and product thinking
- Ability to explain and defend design decisions
- Responsibility, autonomy, and ability to meet deadlines
- English level: Intermediate or higher

👑 Nice to have:
- Experience working with startups, MVPs, or early-stage products
- Understanding of the design-to-development handoff process
- Practical experience with design systems and reusable components
- Interest in product metrics and business goals
