Middle UX/UI Designer to $1200

Yarsy is a product design agency working with startups and digital products worldwide.
 

We are looking for a Middle UX/UI Designer on a full-time basis — a designer who can independently own the design part of projects, has a strong UI skill set, a product-driven mindset, and confidently communicates with clients.
 

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Independently own the design scope of a project: from initial ideas, user flows, and wireframes to final UI screens
• Make well-reasoned design decisions based on business goals, user needs, and technical constraints
• Personally present design solutions to clients, clearly explaining decisions and answering questions
• Confidently communicate proposals and design decisions with clients throughout the design process
• Define and evolve product visual styles with a strong focus on UI quality
• Work with design systems: creation, development, and scaling of components
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs of varying complexity
• Iterate on designs based on internal reviews and client feedback
• Work closely with clients and development teams
• Participate in product discussions and influence final decisions
   

🔹 What we expect:

• Commercial experience in a product company or design agency
• Strong UI expertise with attention to detail, visual hierarchy, and consistency
• Confident, structured work in Figma
• (components, auto layout, variants, styles, design systems)
• Solid understanding of UX principles and product logic
• Experience working with startups, MVPs, and product scaling
• Hands-on experience with design handoff and collaboration with developers
• Experience building and maintaining design systems
• Understanding of product metrics and how design impacts business outcomes
• Ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions
• High level of ownership, autonomy, and respect for deadlines
• English proficiency at B1/B2 level

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior designers
• Freelance experience or direct collaboration within a client’s product team
