HR People Partner
A fast-growing product company is expanding its team and looking for an HR / People Partner who will take full ownership of people processes and become a true business partner for leadership. This role has a direct impact on team performance, engagement, retention, and company culture. We are looking for a structured, proactive, and people-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a scaling startup environment and making independent decisions.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of the full employee lifecycle: pre-onboarding, onboarding, performance, development, retention, and offboarding
- Building and evolving HR strategy aligned with business goals and company scaling
- Designing and maintaining grading systems, roles, and career paths
- Launching and managing Performance Review and Salary Review cycles
- Conducting regular 1:1s with employees and supporting managers in people management
- Creating and supporting Personal Development Plans (PDPs)
- Partnering with team leads and executives: consulting, feedback, leadership development
- Participating in recruitment: role profiling, hiring process design, final interviews, and offer stage
- Building, optimizing, and automating HR processes (onboarding, probation, performance, compensation, offboarding) in People Force
- Tracking and analyzing HR metrics (eNPS, turnover, engagement, headcount) and preparing insights for management
- Driving employee engagement, retention, and team development
- Supporting and scaling company culture, transparency, and feedback practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as HR / People Partner in affiliate marketing, iGaming, or product companies
- Higher education in Psychology or Pedagogy
- Hands-on experience with People Force, Miro, Slack, Confluence
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and HRโs role as a business partner, not an administrative function
- Ability to act as a culture ambassador and values carrier
- Excellent communication skills, strong listening, and negotiation abilities
- Structured and analytical mindset with attention to process clarity
- Ownership mentality and responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment
- English level: B2 or higher
