Team Lead Lead Generation (Upwork)

We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency working with early-stage startups and fast-growing companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our team has helped clients raise over $20M and build products used by companies like Microsoft and Evergrow.

We’re actively scaling our Upwork sales channel, and now we’re looking for a Team Lead for Lead Generation - someone who can organize the process, manage junior lead generators, and ensure consistent, high-quality outbound activity.

This role is perfect if you enjoy structure, clarity, mentoring people, and turning хаос into систему.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate a team of Junior Lead Generators (Upwork focus)
  • Set up and improve Upwork lead generation workflows
  • Monitor job posts using filters (budget, location, tech stack, client type)
  • Review and approve proposals before submission
  • Help the team choose the right company profile and case studies for each project
  • Work closely with Sales & Tech teams to clarify project details
  • Track team performance and results in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Optimize templates, instructions, and internal processes
  • Onboard and train new team members

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written English (confident B2 or strong B1+)
  • Experience with Upwork (lead generation, proposals, or sales support)
  • Understanding of how IT / digital agency services are sold
  • Ability to manage people and processes, not just do tasks yourself
  • High attention to detail - you read job posts, not just scan them
  • Structured mindset and ability to explain things clearly
  • Proactive attitude: you notice problems and suggest improvements

 

Nice to Have (but not required)

  • Previous experience as Team Lead / Coordinator
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, Google Sheets, Slack
  • Background in tech, sales, marketing, or copywriting
  • Experience working with multiple company profiles or niches
