About the Role:

BitHide is looking for a Lead Gen Team Lead to manage and scale our lead generation efforts across multiple verticals including Forex, iGaming, PSP, Software, and Crypto. You will lead a team, optimize processes, run outreach campaigns, and ensure high-quality MQLs for the Sales department.

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the lead generation team: plan tasks, set priorities, conduct reviews, and train on ICP, funnels, and outreach tools.

- Design and optimize lead gen infrastructure: database collection, filtering, campaign setup, and CRM integration.

- Launch, test, and scale outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, multi-account approach) to generate high-quality MQLs.

- Develop and update ICP and communication scripts for different verticals.

- Use automation tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy.

- Ensure data quality, verify contacts, and manage lead distribution in the funnel.

- Analyze performance in CRM (HubSpot): track campaigns, sources, and conversions.

- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align ICP and improve MQL โ†’ SQL conversion.

- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems: response speed, lead cost, database quality, and channel performance.

- Stay updated on new lead gen tools and trends; implement best practices and train the team.

 

Probation Period Goals (First 3 Months):

- Establish a stable lead flow demonstrating effective lead generation.

- Deliver 5, 10, 15 SQLs to Sales, fully matching ICP and ready for commercial dialogue.

- Test at least three hypotheses across channels or segments; provide detailed reports with key metrics: conversion, lead cost, response quality, engagement.

- Offer recommendations on what works, what needs improvement, and what to scale.

 

Requirements:

- Proven experience in lead generation management.

- Hands-on experience with outreach campaigns and CRM (HubSpot).

- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Experience developing ICP and communication scripts.

- Knowledge of automation tools and lead gen best practices.

 

What We Expect:

- 4โ€“5+ years of experience in CRM roles at Middle+/Senior level.

- Deep expertise in HubSpot implementation, customization, integrations, and automation.

- Experience in iGaming / PSP / Crypto industries โ€” a major plus.

- Solid understanding of API fundamentals and integration logic.

- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset; high attention to detail.

- Experience building complex CRM flows and solving non-standard technical challenges.

- English โ€” Upper-Intermediate+.
