Lead Generation Manager (Trainee/Junior)

FuturiX Solutions is looking for a Lead Generation Manager (Trainee/Junior) who is proactive, motivated, and eager to grow in B2B lead generation and outreach.


This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on experience, clear processes, and mentorship.

 

 

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

 

🔹 Conduct B2B outreach via LinkedIn (main channel)
🔹Launch and manage multi-step outreach campaigns to book intro calls
🔹Track outreach metrics, analyze results, and optimize campaigns
🔹Qualify and segment leads based on ICP
🔹Work with databases: build, verify, update, and segment lead lists
🔹Follow monthly KPIs and priorities
🔹Collaborate closely with the Sales team and provide regular updates

 

 

📋 Requirements:

 

🔹Organizational and time management skills, and a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
🔹Basic understanding of lead generation principles (courses or self-learning).
🔹 Initial experience or solid theoretical knowledge in B2B sales.

🔹Willingness to learn, follow processes, and adapt quickly.
🔹 Basic experience with CRM tools and lead-tracking workflows.
🔹 Eagerness to experiment, analyze results, and improve.
🔹Good written communication skills.

🔹 At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

 

 

Nice-to-Haves:

 

🔹 Any prior experience in lead generation, outreach, or sourcing.
🔹 Interest in tech domains (SaaS, fintech, blockchain, etc.)
🔹 Existing professional network (not required).
