Sales Manager (Real Estate B2B market)
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the real estate B2B industry and a strong understanding of lead generation services and performance marketing.
The role focuses on selling lead generation and marketing solutions for real estate businesses
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the real estate B2B market
- Present and explain lead generation solutions, funnels, and traffic sources to clients
- Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiation
- Work closely with the marketing and lead generation team to align client expectations and campaign performance
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate professionals and partners
- Maintain CRM and prepare sales activity reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales in real estate, digital marketing
- Clear understanding of how real estate lead generation works (funnels, landing pages, traffic sources, CPL, conversion rates, CRM integration,
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes, sales funnels, and conversion metrics
- Experience working with international clients
- Experience working with CRM systems and digital lead sources
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs
- Strong customer-oriented and result-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms and real estate marketplaces
- Experience in remote or hybrid sales teams
