Sales Manager (Real Estate B2B market)

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the real estate  B2B industry and a strong understanding of lead generation services and performance marketing.

The role focuses on selling lead generation and marketing solutions for real estate businesses 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the real estate  B2B market
  • Present and explain lead generation solutions, funnels, and traffic sources to clients
  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiation
  • Work closely with the marketing and lead generation team to align client expectations and campaign performance
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate professionals and partners
  • Maintain CRM and prepare sales activity reports

     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales in real estate, digital marketing 
  • Clear understanding of how real estate lead generation works (funnels, landing pages, traffic sources, CPL, conversion rates, CRM integration,
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes, sales funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Experience working with international clients 
  • Experience working with CRM systems and digital lead sources 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English 
  • Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs 
  • Strong customer-oriented and result-driven mindset

     

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of online advertising platforms and real estate marketplaces
  • Experience in remote or hybrid sales teams
